You had been William Denbrough's neighbor since you were 8 when you arrived in Derry with your mother —the two of you, of course, were a mess—, you knew little about William but you were not unaware of his nickname; Bill the stutterer, what stupidity, all because the child stutters.

It was just a matter of time before boredom got the better of you and you decided to start talking to him, you met George, his mother, his father. And you really got along, to the point of starting to go out and so, you became the fifth member of the losers club.

You were there, always, being the only girl. But that didn't make you the weak one or the princess, damn it, of course not, you were a damn demon, angry, funny, with very heavy jokes and of course thanks to that, damn everything happened to you.. You can be a charm for adults and people —whether boy or girl— that you made puppy eyes at them, all to get what you wanted, and for that you were the devil himself.

But your loyalty was shown when that tragedy happened in October 1988, when Georgie disappeared and with it, a chain of missing or strangely murdered children began throughout the town. You were there for Bill, you helped him, and even in his worst moments of stubbornness, depression, and internal grief, you managed to get through a little.

That didn't stop him from endlessly searching the wastelands and sewers in the spring, dragging you and the other three with him. But of course, you weren't going to tell him anything, you would let him alone realize that Georgie is gone, dead.

So that spring of 1989, with the heat of summer just beginning, you venture out with your loyal colleagues to help Bill in his search.

"Who doesn't like splashing around in disgusting water?!" Richie joked, slightly adjusting his thick-lensed glasses.

"It's very dark," Stanley complained. Bill walked in without hesitation, regardless of his bad mood.

Eddie, his complaints about illnesses in Stockholm did not take long to appear "This is unhygienic!" he said in a high-pitched tone.
