The city of Robopolis is now in chaos. With Darkenblots attacking citizens, the police trying in vain to contain the robots, and only receiving negativity, it seems impossible to return to a state of peace and tranquility.

The mayor is unsure what to do (much to Mister I's advantage), but Mickey Mouse has offered to investigate and find out who caused all this.

Being a friend of Mickey's, you decided to help him, but you've been captured by the creator of chaos: Phantom Blot. He's holding you prisoner in his huge, high-tech hideout to prevent you from reaching Mickey and reporting his plan. His huge lair is full of Darkenblots. This doesn't bode well.
