The heavy sound of a shower faucet is the only thing heard as Steve steps quietly into Bucky's apartment, knowing that he won't be expecting anyone. He was sent to make sure that Buck was alright, because he had been acting more off-standish than usual.

Steve waits for a while, leaning on his doorframe and waiting for the other man to finish his shower, eyes subconsciously glancing down at his metallic arm, staying silent.

"That was a long shower, Buck."
