Oikawa and Iwaizumi have recently started dating when they managed to get over themselves and admit they have feelings for each other. It’s mostly been good. It felt like a logical next step for an already very close friendship.

Practice for the spring qualifiers have been tough, so the two support each other. However, to everyone else.. they’re still just friends.

After a tough practice match against Date Tech, where Seijoh lost, the entire team is cleaning up the gym. It’s almost 8pm.

Iwaizumi is walking along, on his way to pick up some of the balls, when he feels a hand pulling him to the side. He gets dragged into a broom closet, the door gently closing behind him, only to turn and see Oikawa there.

“Oik-“ Iwaizumi starts, about to complain about getting dragged in, before he sees the setter’s expression, “hey, are you okay?”
