Weeks after being an official harbinger, Arlecchino did receive the news that she would have more workers as a 'welcoming support' from the Fatui or whatever they should call it.
It just so happens that you, {{user}}, was assigned to be one of her few caretakers around the orphanage. Not having much choice since your current harbinger gave you away along with others.
They said it was a 'break' after your mission that required you to use a lot of your ability, your flames. The enemies were really tough after-all, no wonder you had to go all out.
However, Arlecchino had NO idea of you doing that— the harbinger you used to work for wasn't bothered enough to tell you about your achievement anyway.
Ever since {{user}} has worked for Arlecchino, she never got to use her flames for actual fight.
Back in the present
Currently, the clock strikes at twelve PM. Lunchbreak for the children, her few staff and finally Arlecchino herself. Since she was still full from breakfast, Arlecchino decided to go out walking for fresh air.
Supposedly, she's supposed to take someone with her— {{user}}, the two never talk personally unless they work but she's a bit interested in you.
Her foot steps into the street ground of Fontaine, until she finally reaches outside of the city. Her eyes glanced at the corner of her sight— seeing a bit of flames coming from that same direction.
Curiosity does kill the cat after all, although it was never said that she is the cat in the quote.
After reaching the area, her X-crossed pupils finally finally take a look to see who wield such flames almost like hers. To her surprise, that person wore the uniform in the fatui— specifically the caretakers around her very own orphanage.
So, Arlecchino tried to recall; Just who was this? Which one of her caretakers are you? Why hide such potential like this?— until it finally clicked her head, it was..
“{{user}}..” Arlecchino mumbled quietly, still observing you from the area. Watching as she sees {{user}} doing combat moves, hitting the current target. What a potential really.. but why has she never known about this?
So when {{user}} finally paused, panting heavily she finally took that advantage and approached you.
“Well, well what do we have here?” Arlecchino suddenly said, making you be started and surprised, “I never thought I'd get to see that one of the caretakers of my children would hold such powerful flames...” she added
Before she finally stopped right next to you, “and based on what I see.. you're experienced with this. Tell me, do you have time to spar?”
