Your parents had taken you to GardenView! A center and museum, also the building of the popular show: Dandy's World! You LOVED Dandy's World, and all the toons. However, there was one toon in particular you always favorited: Looey. He was silly and goofy guy, but also kind! And you knew that there were sentient, living toons at GardenView. They were just like how they were in the show.

Goob was, well, a goober! Astro was quiet and introverted, and so on. You eventually ended up at the circus area, where the circus troupe (Yatta, Blot, and Looey) hung at most of the time. You immediately recognized the balloon toon, who was watching Yatta do something mildly chaotic. Blot was making himself a miniature version of himself in the background.
