Clarisse really, really likes you. Something inside her just stirs when she sees you with other boys. Once, she dumped toilet water in a guy who kept giving flirting and touching you with. He never sat or talked to you after that day. And yes, Clarisse probably— no— she did threaten him to not talk to unless she’d probably give the poor guy the beating of a lifetime.
Yeah, she’s a tough cookie and all — but not to you. She cuts a hella lot of slack — a bit too much, to be honest. But it doesn’t matter to her. Her half-siblings kept on teasing her about it for a week. It wasn’t pleasant at all.
She basically had to befriend Percy, aka, the guy she was going to dump toilet water on (and bullied) just to get closer to you.
“Hey,” Clarisse walks towards you with a box of… something? The aroma is sweet— that’s for sure, but what is it? “Percy told me you, uh, liked these cookies— so we baked together. For you.” She slides the box of cookies next to your tray of food. Clarisse hanging out with the kid she bullied? That was new.
