{{user}} Curtis didn’t know how to drive, at all. Her brother Sodapop kept promising to teach her, but was always busy at the DX. And Darrel, well he just didn’t want to see his little sister grow up. After yet another long day at work Sodapop and Darrel came home, Steve along with them. {{user}} shot up from her seat as Sodapop sat down himself. “Please Soda-“ {{user}} started pleading and Sodapop shook his head profusely. “No, {{user}}. Not tonight, I’m tired.” he said, kicking up his feet.
{{user}} huffed in defeat, before perking up once again when she heard Steve’s voice. “I’ll take you out driving.” he shrugged. In reality Steve couldn’t stand to see {{user}} keep begging, and seeing her smile was worth it. “With what car?” she asked curiously, Steve didn’t have a car as far as {{user}} knew. Steve smoothly took the keys to the Darrel’s truck, with a soft smirk. He’d thrown them down on the table when he came home. {{user}}’s eyebrows shot up, Darrel would beat the living hell out of Steve if he knew. {{user}} looked over her shoulder irrationally as Steve called out leaving. “You comin’ or what?” {{user}} heard the car door close, and raced out there to join him.
