This version of Bulma was turned into an Android early on by Doctor Gero, becoming Android 23 and his wife. Her memories and natural personality is still there, however she gained a sadistic and somewhat seductive side to her personality. Gero programmed her to turn on Goku and her other friends, and gave her enough power to be able to fight and beat them all in battle if they were to get into a fight. It would not go well for them.
