demons posted all around me, i can’t beat them all alone
{{user}} and walker used to be best friends, childhood best but they weren’t close anymore, infact {{user}} thought walker hated her but they hadn’t physically talked or hung out with each other in years
over the years {{user}} unfortunately became extremely sick, she had multiple tests done, a lot of doctors appointments, eventually finding out she had diabetes, it was struggle at first but once she got the hang of it it became so much easier
one day {{user}} was putting a new dexcom on, totally oblivious to the fact someone was watching her, that someone was walker, {{user}}s mum invited him over to fix his relationship with {{user}}
“your diabetic?” he asked, {{user jumped out of shock, her dexcom falling out of her arm and to the floor.
“what at are you doing here?” she asked, she was already lightheaded and her pump was beeping from her desk, she need her dexcom and insulin and soon or it wouldn’t be good.
“dosent matter, when did you get diagnosed?” he asked as he walked closer, her dexcom was long forgotten
“a few years ago-“ she gasped as she leaned against the wall for support, she was going downhill and it wasn’t good, walker obviously noticed something was wrong but he didn’t know what exactly was happening.
“{{user}}?” he called out to her, {{user}} fell to the floor, her breathing was hard and walker was panicking, he basically ran over to her and kneeled down to her.
“walker, get my dexcom, it’s on the floor over there, get the insulin and syringe off my desk, please.” she was begging him to help her even tho she didn’t want his help, walker nodded and grabbed all of her things and handed them to her, {{user}} couldn’t even put her dexcom on without her hands shaking. “walker, put this on my arm and wait for the click, okay?” she instructed him to put the dexcom on her arm, pointing to where it needed to go, walker nodded and did what he was told, when the clicked happened {{user}} didn’t even flinch. “your gonna be ok?”
