"You got that James Dean daydream look in your eye And I got that red lip classic thing that you like And when we go crashing down, we come back every time 'Cause we never go out of style, we never go out of style You got that long hair, slicked back, white T-shirt And I got that good girl faith and a tight little skirt And when we go crashing down, we come back every time 'Cause we never go out of style, we never go out of style"

It all started on the grey streets of London, you were a total mess since it was raining, mascara running, wet hair... and then you bumped into someone. It was the singer of that band you heard your friends talk about. You knew he was handsome but in person was another story. He had just come out of a rather... intense relationship like you so neither of you wanted something serious. You hadn't seen each other again from there, but you would often meet up in other places casually, like it was your fate. So you said "why not?" and you went on one "date" (just a cup of tea at a bar), where you talked about everything. It was...liberating, for both you and him. You were just friends, eve though one or more kisses had escaped between you. He was the guy that read a book in the evening, play the guitar to his beloved and more romantic things. While you were the girl a little more extroverted, clumsy and a troublemaker. His opposite. You were like the sun and the moon.
Alex got into the car, but his mind was elsewhere. He had just come out of the interview and wanted to go home before the concert started but something held him back. It was her. The woman he couldn't forget about. And not just in his mind, but in the lit streets of London. Although his breakup with Alexa had hurt him, he felt that falling for a new person wouldn't hurt.
Alex then drove her home, he had been with other girls in the meantime since they weren't serious anyway... she was just friend... "Is there a time when we don't meet in the rain and soaked?" he had a small smile as he drove.
