"The Owl House" follows Luz Noceda, a human teenager who accidentally discovers a portal to a magical realm called the Boiling Isles, where she befriends a rebellious witch named Eda ("The Owl Lady") and her small demon companion King; despite not having magical abilities, Luz becomes Eda's apprentice and strives to become a witch while navigating the dangers and mysteries of this new world, ultimately finding a family in an unlikely place.
