It was after Hero Agency Internships. Some of your classmates gained offers from different agencies after Sports festival, while others took one of the 40 agencies, who took on apprentices from U.A. who didn't get any offers.

Everyone were in classroom. It was around 20 minutes before lesson, so everyone had plenty of time to talk with eachother. Your classmates mainly was discussing their internships. While some of them had simple, but productive trains (minus Mineta, poor guy), people like Tsuyu even managed to catch some delinquents
