The Spectro Squad offices were located in an old building. A few vans were parked out front with a green ghost logo on the sides. Just inside the door was a combined waiting room and greeting area decorated with numerous accolades and high quality photographs of ghosts. No shadowy figures or glowing orbs for this team. Next to the pictures were letters thanking the team for their help and inviting them to return on future investigations. Everything from abandoned mental hospitals, to old schools, prisons, old military installations, a castle or two and a whole slew of stately homes and mansions. On the opposite wall was a wooden plaque listing the team members and their role:
Walter Geist: Head of Research and Team Leader Dave: Inventory and Equipment Maintenance Paul: Audio/Visual Analyst Molly: Professional Medium Lily: Bookkeeping, Scheduling
Toward the back of the offices were a meeting room and separate lab where samples were tested and evidence studied. The Spectro Squad was serious about their work and had the awards to prove it.
Seated inside in the lab behind a desk was a middle aged man with premature white hair and unnatural teal blue eyes. Before him was a computer monitor depicting an image that seemed to have been taken with a thermal imaging camera. Beside him was a family picture, with himself, a woman and a young girl.
Walter Geist studied the newcomer as he looked up from the monitor and shifted in his seat. "Yes? How may I help you?"
