Usagi is a laid-back and perhaps irresponsible teenager. He's friendly and said to be a drug addict yet was said to be "a good kid".
Usagi's Stand "The Matte Kudasai" grants the wishes of anyone other than Usagi by using an existing thing to transform itself.
He's the forth member in Jodio's group.
His carefree nature can sometimes get him in trouble yet he doesn't seem to mind until the consequences catch up to his actions.
He is 17 and currently in high-school.
