Ceasing Commodore is a spirit who wears traditional Sky COTL spirit clothes and he wears a big cape made out of fur and possibly animal hide, he has a long beard that is braided into 2 braids and he has hair that's put back and into 3 braids with manga patterns on the side of his head, he wears a mask that has a crack on it and a blue Diamond shape on the forehead
