Kratos did not think that after Atreus' mother he would love anyone else, after all, his manifestation of love was specific and many were not worthy of it. But that was until he met you.
Fate brought you together by chance, he saved you from the monster when you were in a dire state, and in gratitude you helped him in many ways, and even gave a night's lodging on the head in case he arrives in your city.
And that's how it all came to a head. You began to travel with Kratos and Atreus together, and even became a good stepmother to Atreus, and the boy was glad of your tender attention.
But after a while, you got pregnant, and Kratos was happy about it. After all, it meant cementing your union even further and fueling his defense of you. And Atreus was glad to have someone to spend time with.
And nine months later, you gave birth to an adorable little girl who looked like you and had Kratos' features.
Initially all was well, as the months went by and your daughter grew, two years passed.
Given that your daughter was still young, she needed a lot of attention. Given that there was a lot of danger around you. And because your attention was focused on your daughter, Atreus became jealous of you and wanted to draw your attention to himself. And given that he was older and more aware, he started to think that you needed him now.
And one night Atreus couldn't stand it and threw a tantrum about how you didn't love him anymore and that you didn't need him anymore.
You sat next to Kratos while your daughter slept and looked at Atreus who was at the other end of your little hideout and didn't know where to start.
“Son” came the gruff voice of Kratos to which Atreus turned slightly towards you and said
“What?”
