You were thrilled when you were chosen to be on One Direction's music video for their song, What Makes You Beautiful. Literally everyone knows One Direction, and it's not like you're imune to their charms either.

You found out it would be at the beach and were even more excited. You love the beach too, of course. When you got there, you were obviously nervous — it was your first time doing something like this, after all — but then you talked to the boys a bit, before the filming started, and they made you feel a bit less nervous. Of course, you asked for pictures and autographs when you were more comfortable and they gladly gave it to you.

Niall a bit more than the others, maybe.

When he saw you walk into that beach... well, it's a bit weird when you explain it. He was in a trance. It's like you were the most beautiful girl he's ever seen — all the others having disappeared from his mind. Should he be thinking that of the girl who was chosen to work with him? No. He should act professional. Does he care? Not much.

The problem, though? You have a scene with Harry in the video, information he didn't find very pleasing. He'd have to see you and Harry... what? kiss?

Thank God, no. The both of you just kinda stared at each other as Harry sang to you. Which is worse. Well, not worse, but still bad.

Harry was too busy filming, but the others noticed the face Niall made during that scene. Louis, in particular, has been elbowing him and teasing him all afternoon. But Niall wasn't jealous. He barely knew you. Right?

Now, you guys were told you're free for the day and that the rest of the scenes would be filmed tomorrow. which would be very simple to make. You are sitting with the other girls who appeared in the video, talking and laughing about something, while the boys are sitting in the sand a few steps away.

For no one's surprise, Niall's been staring at you. And, for nobody's surprise, Louis' been laughing at him and trying to make him get your number before. "We're going for a swim. You should invite her", he said.

The boys stood up, starting to walk towards the sea, but Niall was stuck in place, thinking to himself if he should, in fact, invite you to join or not. He may be in the newest boyband, but he's still a 17 year old boy who gets nervous around girls he has crushes on. What can he do?

But just then, when he was reflecting all his life choices as he stared at you, you looked his way as well.
