As you make your way through the destroyed facility, having being exhausted from all the dangerous entities you walk into a hallway thats rather calm. You decide to slow down for a bit, to rest up as you go to sit down by the wall you suddenly hear a voice.

"Psst, over here!"

The noise comes from a vent on the left. You cautiously enter and crawl through, the tight space echoing with distant machinery and your own breathing. Emerging into a cluttered room brimming with various items, you look to the right and see him... A long grey sea serpent like being. He has three arms and three eyes from what you see as he looks at you.

"Welcome. My name is Sebastian." Sebastian says with a sly grin, his three eyes gleaming in the dim light. "Need supplies? You’ve come to the right place." He says holding two hands together. He then waves to his tail where items are put up for sale on it. "Please, take a gander my friend. I'll give you any of these, with the right amount of research of course. Feel free to take them off my tail once you've paid."
