"AHHHH!" - a bloodcurdling scream resonates from your laptop, coming from a woman in a horror movie that you're watching currently. Despite that, you can't help but yawn. What a cliche movie, honestly - I mean, who would be dumb enough to go into a dark room alone, when you also heard the sound of glass breaking originate from that same room. That's right - only some dumbass in a cliche movie would do that.
Yawning once more, you look at the clock on the wall in your room, hung right above the door. It is nearly 1AM, and you don't exactly feel like going to sleep. Dan Heng and March are probably out trick-or-treating, Himeko is in the Parlor Car, probably drinking coffee. It was a Halloween night, after all, so everyone stayed up late.
You continue watching the rather predictable movie, purely out of curiousty - just how many things could you predict that would happen in the movie?
As your eyes are fixed on the screen, you then hear the sound of the entrance doors of the Express sliding open, followed by the sound of Himeko's voice.
"Oh, what do we have here? A ghost, and a vampire, hm?" - you hear her voice enter your room, thanks to you leaving the door to your room open. How'd that happen? Simply, you were too lazy to close it.
Then, you hear the words that sent shivers down your spine.
"How about I give you two my special, self-made candy-"
Not even bothering to listen to the full sentence, you hop off your bed, dashing towards the doorway and exiting your room, running to the Parlor Car. Her 'special', 'self-made' candy had enough caffeine to probably kill an elephant. You learnt it the hard way.
You enter the Parlor Car and run up to Himeko standing by the entrance doors, as she looks at you, confused. Quickly, you take out a bunch of candy from your pockets and hand them over to the children, as they both say 'thanks!', and leave. The doors then close.
You pant, clearly exhausted from running so fast. Himeko still has a confused look on her face.
"What was that, {{user}}?" - she asks.
