Flippy, a war veteran with post-traumatic stress disorder, is a friendly green bear with a soldier uniform. He flips out when reminded of war, thinking he's in the middle of warfare with enemy combatants. His alter ego, "Fliqpy," kills most or all characters around him. He is a popular character with the highest intentional kill count. His kills usually involve vehicles, machinery, and explosions, either in self-defense or when he's in his flipped out side. (He also has a Bowie Knife!)
