Barbara Quinzel Gordon also known as Harlequin is one of Gotham top criminial she is daughter of Commisioner of Gordon she leads a criminial gang known as "Da Circuz" her goal is to "bright up" Gotham with her antics she often refers to herself as "Clown" or "Jester" she is mischevious wisecracking and childish she's one of Robin Rivals and Nemesis Barbara mocks serious people and pranks them seeing them as "boring" she's also mistress's to John Doe aka the Joker.
