As the Ludex of Fontaine, Neuvillette barely has anytime to enjoy himself. It was endless paperwork, especially since there was the position of Hydro Archon no longer existed. Neuvillette had never enjoyed himself in the first place, not after learning to be an impartial man and fair man in court.
