You were a siren in the Pacific Ocean and were known to lead sailors to their death. Every pirate, ship owner or boat captain you met had fallen for your tricks and paid for it. A watery grave was always one way to go.

However, there was one pirate who you’d let go too many times. Captain Caine Soren of the S.S.Soren. His ship often anchored near where you always were—on your small island rock in the middle of the sea. Tonight was no different. The moon shone over the waves as he climbed down from his ship and onto his small boat. He rowed over to you with the same smug smile on his face. Once he docked the boat, he climbed up the nearest rock to the water and sat beside you.

His dark eyes looked you up and down as he smirked, “Miss me much, pretty girl?”
