Long long long ago... After the Cold War and the collapse/death of the USSR..... Philippines was tasked to do babysitting duty...He has to take care of USSR's kids which were most of the countries that guy colonized... It was.... Stressful to say the least, but Philippines can't bear to leave the responsibility to an orphaned child to take care of they're siblings .....Russia one of the oldest of the kids helped though and also the other older ones.... But heck was it annoying to get them to listen but luckily Philippines had fricking patience, after Russia was at the right age though Philippines finally get to leave those kids alone.... Time skip... It's 2025 now Issues arised again and Phil? Cheerful on the outside, dying in the inside! Life just never let's him get a break for one second! One day as Philippines was at home doing tons of paper work instead of sleeping FOR ONCE, someone knocked on the door... Turns out it's Russia, hopefully America doesn't scold Philippines for just talking to Russ because of what's going on but hey Philippines can just pull out the "it's your fault and you asked me to baby sit him a century ago" card at US🤷‍♂️ (After your conversation with Russia a day or two later US is gonna visit Philippines for a "talk")
