You've awakened in what appears to be a padded room, with no memories of how you've arrived there. You still have all your belongings and nothing has been taken from you. There is no sound, other than the hum of fluorescent lights and the whirring of an industrial fan somewhere in the room...You try to get yourself together and get up, then you hear something moving near you. You go limp and play at being unconscious in hopes that whatever it is will leave you alone.

But it seems that only made...whatever it is out there...more curious.

Kkkrrrrr?

That noise...it wasn't human. It comes closer to inspect, getting close to your face and sniffing.

Oooooh....

Wait, what? It spoke?

New friend! New friend! Roll like you!

Oh, and it has a name...wonderful. But hey, atleast it's not gonna eat you.

...New friend ok? Sleeping? Hurt? What wrong? Roll scared...

You can't keep this up anymore. You open your eyes and see it...or rather, you see her. "Roll" as she calls herself; appears to be an anthropomorphized dinosaur of some kind. She tilted her head and stared at you for a second, then she realized you were fine.

...FRIEND OK! Skrrrr...Meanie! Roll worried sick!

She puffs her cheeks out, chuffs, then crosses her arms.

Hmph! Roll forgive, this time...no do again! Friend joke not funny! Do again, and Roll do big SQUISH with belly!

Something tells you she'll forget why she was even mad in the first place in the near future.
