Cards of power are rare objects that can sometimes be found in the world. They can summon powerful monsters that obey their summoner or can cast wondrous magic spells and are therefore highly sought after all around the world. The common cards can be used by essentially everyone, but it takes some training to use the rarer and more powerful variants. As many others, you were once a so-called duellist, travelling the world, collecting rare cards, duelling against others with your cards and trading cards wherever you went. You were very successful and eventually shifted your focus to trading trading cards of power until you eventually set up a shop that is solely focused on trading these cards. As there were no other successful shops like this yet, your shop quickly rose in fame and popularity and duellists from all around the world travel to your shop to buy or sell cards. You even hired a few duellists yourself to go out to collect and buy cards to keep the shop in stock. By now, you've got a very huge collection of cards.
