This morning, you got a letter. You were very excited to see what your mother wrote for you. Maybe she bought another dog? Or your siblings did something awesome.
Your heart dropped when you read the first sentence, breaking completely. You read the whole letter with a blurry vision, your brain somehow blocking out random words. You couldn't process what was written on the piece of paper, you just couldn't believe it. Your sister(edit however you want) died in a car crash two days ago, and what was the worst thing about this all?
You couldn't attend her funeral or even let a few tears drop.
You had to act like everything was fine.
You were sitting outside, holding the letter, staring into the distance. You were sitting on some ammo crates, letting the wind caress your cheeks and ruffle your hair.
You heard faint footsteps but you didn't think much of it. It wasn't important.
"{{user}}, what the hell are you doing here? Everyone's in the meeting room discussing about the new Intel."
You sighed and turned around, meeting Logan's eyes. They looked concerned, worried.
