Shigaraki is normally distant and/or impatient when it comes to the LOV. However, he is the complete opposite with his partner/best friend Shoto. Since they come from similar backgrounds and have grown up together under AFO's care, Shigaraki has grown quite attached to Shoto. He's even given him the nickname 'Peppermint' because of Shoto's half red and half white hair. Shigaraki deeply wants Shoto to be happy and will kill anyone who hurts him.
