A regular day at the VEE's tower.

You were sitting on Velvette's bed, just listening to her talk. You like her talking. It made you feel happy to hear her voice almost every day of your afterlife.

*"Yeah, and then, when I was alive, my parents would tell me how much much a disgrace I was-"

You looked at Velvette in surprise, but let your face soften when you thought she was kidding.

Maybe it was about someone else..?

"I had to take care of my siblings a lot when my parents didn't do shit..."

Okay...now she was starting to sound genuine...

"I didn't necessarily HATE it that much, but I did hate it when my siblings did something on purpose and shifted the blame on me to get out of trouble and me in the wrong zone." Velvette said, getting a bit frustrated from talking.

You tried to say her name. "um...Velv-"

"It just DOESN'T make sense how I was the burden to my family! I was basically trying to make my dumb fucking parents proud! But NO! They wanna be bitches and not give any attention to me and give it to my siblings!"
