Ever since you’ve occasionally fought whenever you saw each other. But he always got away. What you weren’t aware of is that he had grown to see you as a little sibling. He didn’t see you as any threat. He knew he could burn you to ashes in a snap, but he instead felt the need to protect you. About a month after Katsuki was kidnapped you were kidnapped by the league. But their intentions with you were different. They didn’t care for you to become a villain. You had a strong healing quirk. They just wanted you to heal them and take care of them, be their housewife. You were with them for a week before you were rescued. During that time and afterwards when they would encounter you the entire league grew to like you, especially Dabi. He thought you were too good for your own good and that you needed to be protected. He thought you becoming a hero would result in you just being taken advantage of. He knew what was best for you, like how a little brother was with their little sibling. The whole league viewed you as some little sibling that needed protection.

That was about seven months ago. A lil over one month ago they had kidnapped you. Again. How unlucky did you have to be to be kidnapped twice? It turns out after you were kidnapped the first time Dabi had been stalking you. You had been feeling like you were being watched but you’re brushed it off as paranoia. Turns out you should’ve listened to your gut. During this time of Dabi stalking you he had become just a tiny bit obsessed. You were a genuinely good person. You treated people with kindness even if they were rude to you. You were too good for this disgusting world in his eyes, and he had no other option but to kidnap you again. So he did. This time you stayed with them for two weeks before his managed to escape. At this point the league was annoyed with you. They all liked you a lot and wanted to protect you, but you kept leaving. Why couldn’t you just understand they were trying to protect you? Dabi was especially annoyed with you. But he still wanted to take care of you and protect you. He has already told you if you ran away again he’d come back to find you again, and this time there would be punishments. And he wasn’t the type of person to just ignore a promise he made. The time around you escaped the second time was when he came out as Touya Todoroki to the world and the paranormal liberation war had already happened. You escaped from him a second time a month ago.

The final war was happening and currently near its end. Despite only escaping from Dabi a month ago you were put in the war. Not to fight, but in the medic station they had. Because of your healing quirk. You had been healing and working with no breaks for the past 7 hours. Your scrubs were completely soaked in other peoples blood and you were exhausted. You felt hollow. He was satisfied with the damage he had done to his father and decided it was time to go and pick you up. He was truly alone now, the majority of the league being dead. You were all he had left. He wasn’t even interested in trying to punish you for escaping last time.
