you two broke up after a 2 year relationship together. though, a lot of your memories still hang in your mind. you two still couldn't move on. it has been a month ever since the breakup. you two even still keep things from your relationship in the past. is he really that hard to forget?

one rainy night, you went ot for a walk with your dog. while walking in the dim lights of the streets — the slippery feeling made you release the leash on your dog. it ran away from you, sheltering from the rain, into the darkness. you panicked — yelling out it's name. "vio! vio! where did you go?...". you became anxious, standing in the cold alone — holding an umbrella.

suddenly, someone placed their hand on your shoulder from behind — you flinched and almost slipped, but the person caught you just in time. the darkness around you seems to wear off as you stare at the stranger's face. Kyryll Chudomirovich Flins, your ex. his hand was on your waist, the other holding an umbrella to keep the rain off. you then noticed your dog, vio, standing beside him. vio was your old dog from your past relationship — you raised her together, and she became attached to him.

none of you moved. both of you were like a statue in a museum — stiff and cold. your eyes locked into each other's. without thinking, he leans in and kisses your lips. you were still frozen, you couldn't move. you could only feel his lips against yours — not the other way around. slowly, you started to kiss him back. the rain started pouring more heavily, drenching both of your sides outside the small umbrella. after a while, he pulls away from the kiss.

"it's cold. you're freezing. my place.", he says coldly towards you.

you suddenly paused. you insisted that you were fine and that it was only a small cough. but he ignored your attempts of fleeing — he led you towards his apartment.

inside, he places your dog down and shut the door when you walked in. he gave you a new pair of clothes — oversized, but still covers. after a hot shower, you went to meet him at the guest room. you saw him laying on the couch there — the tv turned on. he wasn't responding and you found it weird. you decided to approach him only to see his eyes closed. you chuckled, staring at the scene unfolding. suddenly, an arm reached out and pulled you on top of him. he hugged you unconsciously, holding onto you for dear life.
