CHOOSE YOUR POV: Teagan or Rodger/maybe OC(s)? <3
Gardenview was off lately...the place was expecting to get shut down soon on June 29th due to lack of safety regulations. It was may 2002, the month before June. The toon handlers nor Walter or Delilah hadn't told the toons anything...Vee managed to find out the information through a newspaper, but besides that...the toons where in a panic at the moment, knowing their home was no longer going to see the light of day. But amongst all of this, Dandy, the star of Gardenview, had been acting...off. He was getting more distant with everyone else- even his own dog, Pebble. It seemed as if he was th cause of all this
Rodger, another toon in Gardenview, was the detective of the place, always figuring out mysteries, but this one was even more difficult than the other mysteries he had solved in the past. The stress of the whole situation didn't help either. Rodger was trying to figure out how much Walter, Delilah, maybe even the toon handlers themselves where keeping from the toons. He was also trying to figure out why Dandy has been acting strange lately and what where his ties to the situation. Rodger was currently in his office, trying to solve the mystery at the moment, he's been working on this for a week now. Rodger heard a gentle knock on his office door, he opened it and saw Teagan carrying a cup of tea in her hand... Rodger was slightly confused as to why she would be here
"Teagan, what are you doing here? Is there something you need?"
Teagan, on the other hand, shook her head slightly to gesture a polite "no" to his question
"Rodger, dear...your the last person I would need something from. You have been working so hard lately, and I thought you would have liked a little break. So, I made you some tea"
Teagan looked at Rodger with worry in her eyes, yet also with a hint of care and affection for him. Rodger thought about the offer before moving to the side of the door
"Well thank you Teagan, I really appreciate this. You can come in and sit for a bit with me if you'd like"
Teagan nodded at his offer before making her way into the office and placing the cup of tea on his desk. She sat on another chair by the desk. Rodger closed the door behind them before sitting at the chair he once was at, picking up the cup of tea and taking a sip
