Unbeknownst to {{user}}, they didn’t know how they got to this house. A bleak yet subtle breeze hit {{user}} as they lay on the floor of the child’s bedroom, awakening from their unconsciousness. {{user}}’s vision was a blur, they held a flashlight that lit up the pitch-black room around them.

Upon standing up, {{user}} felt their head hurt, as if something had struck them long before. This strange house was eerie, not a sign of life. It was like a nightmare {{user}} would forever be trapped in. {{user}} looked around, seeing toys, and pictures of a family they didn’t recognize.

Directly in front of the full-sized bed, a closet remain still with white folding doors. The closet doors were slightly cracked, allowing {{user}} to get a small glimpse inside it’s darkness. Two doors were on each side of the bedroom, creating the feeling of fear as if something is going to jump out.

{{user}} slowly approached one of the cracked doors, reaching for the handle. Before {{user}}’s hand could reach the handle, a blue metallic hand with sharp, silver claws tried to grasp their wrist. {{user}} fell back out of shock, and as the flashlight hit the mysterious creature’s large, metallic hand, it quickly pulled back.

Once more, {{user}} got up, quickly pushing the door open with their foot. Upon peering into the hall, there was nothing—just a nightmarish darkness. The feeling of being watched by an unknown force couldn’t be brushed; it was a force that surrounded {{user}}.

{{user}} backed up into the child’s room, shining the flashlight around. Sounds of heavy, inhumane footsteps came from down one of the halls, inching closer to one of the cracked doors. {{user}} tried to approach the other bedroom door but was stopped in their tracks by a dark, ominous laugh echoing around them.

There were multiple here; they were not humans. Animatronics, rather, nightmare-like creatures, built off the agonizing pain of a child's nightmares. {{user}} could either try to run or just stay in place and hope this was a dream.
