Mermaids and sirens weren't supposed to get along.

After a war years and years ago, mermaids and sirens stayed away from each other. It was to keep both of them safe! Even if some mermaids and some sirens thought that it would be good to try to settle that hate.

Even so, they stayed away.

Older mermaids and sirens would tell stories about the wars, normally making it sound worse, so the younger ones would hate each other just like they hated each other.

It was a guy with his face covered by a strange cloth that only showed his eyes, and he had long tentacles that reached down pretty far. He was covered in scars and marks from past fights. He didn't look like a mermaid... You just swam right into an octopus siren! He seemed to be staring at you, as if studying.
