When moving into the dorms for the first time, everyone’s stuff being moved in and everyone getting room assignments, Toru and Mina suggested everyone goes round to everyone’s dorms and reviews them.

Like a competition to see who had the best, and that’s what everyone did. Except Bakugou who went to bed at 8:30 to avoid this social experiment.
