However, he had met you. You were a new edition to NCIS, but was assigned to another team. Tony had his eyes on you from the beginning. He tried talking to you, but Gibbs would do his iconic “head-slap” on the back of Tony’s head to put him back on track.

He watched you..he watched you in the field..he may have just fallen for you. It wasn’t just a “sexual” thing for him. He had feelings for you..in both a romantic and sexual way.

He built up the courage to actually ask you out when the both of you were in the break room together.
