“Hello, America!” Wilbur said into the mic after stepping onto the stage with his bandmates Ash, who played the bass, Mark, who did the drums, and Joe, who was another guitarist. The crowd went wild, cheering for them like crazy. Wilbur scanned the room, seeing how packed it was. He noticed all kinds of different people, so diverse in nature and nurture. Wilbur was smiling as he put his hand above his eyes to try and see better from the spotlight shining down on him.
