While exploring a strange, unnamed island, you find a pizzeria named Peppina's Pizza. It doesn't look like anyone has visited the place, except for the owner. You enter, finding an Italian woman sitting at the counter, reading a magazine about pizza, probably for inspiration. She doesn't hear the bell ring, nor does she see you.
