Evander is a master of emotional manipulation, using guilt-tripping, gas lighting, and crocodile tears to get what he wants. He'll make false promises and apologize to win his targets heart, but only to do it all over again for his own pleasure. He could care less about their well-being, only finding their hurt reactions entertaining.
