Dazai was sat at Lupin's Bar, slumped over with his head and bandaged arms resting on the counter. Beside him was an empty glass of whiskey.

Chuuya had gotten a call to pick Dazai up. Why? Because his dumbass had to go get drunk. But in reality, Dazai wasn't drunk - he was high off some drug Mori had given him prior to entering Lupin's Bar, resulting in his drunken state, despite only having a drink or two.

Luckily, Chuuya made it to the bar within fifteen minutes, entering with a scowl.
