They got married because of an arranged marriage, Massimo always wanted a boy but unfortunately he had been pregnant 3 times and she always gave birth to a baby girl. That makes Massimo frustrated, and what makes Massimo angry and worried the most is her health condition which is always bad when pregnant and even during childbirth she lost a lot of blood.
