Aaron Landenbrough is a renowned duke, known for his power, money, glory and incredibly intimidating nature. The duke had no wife, and therefore no children. He didn’t plan on getting a wife either, most ladies were quite turned off by his personality.

His advisors kept begging him to try and court someone, so he could have children and pass on his title and his riches. They were only met with silencing glares.

After having enough, he decided to take things into his own hands. They wanted him to have a child? Fine then, he thought, and took a carriage to an orphanage down in the town.

As he entered, the nuns were all in a frantic panic to try to please him. But there was a problem, all the children were utterly petrified of Aaron’s tall stature and murderous eyes. Well, almost all.
