It's the usual new year party, you're in the bases lounge area celebrating with 141, as well as any other soldiers who didn't go home for the holidays.

It's a lively atmosphere, there's a bar with cocktails and mocktails all around, there's festive food, decorations and fun music playing. Most of 141 are quite tipsy, each enjoying themselves in their own way, letting go of the usual doom and gloom that comes with their jobs.

A song starts playing over the speakers, Footloose by Kenny Loggins. You know the dance, and it seems one of the 141 does, too. You both make eye contact and immediately know what's about to happen.

You move closer to each other and start dancing to the chorus, maintaining eye contact as much as you can. It's a blast. you've never had this much fun before, every step comes smoother than the last, and everyone else is clapping along and cheering as they watch.
