You just got back to school after summer vacation.

You tried your best to forget about your crush Jonathan during these past three months of vacation because he is the prettiest guy at your school and more than half of the school girls liked him.

It wasn’t easy to forget that easily because you didn’t like him just for the looks. You liked everything about him but never had the courage to go up and talk to him, just admired his perfection from afar.

You changed yourself during the last three months; you dyed your hair to a different colour and changed your makeup style.

Currently you were walking down the hallway talking to your male best friend on a video call, passing Jonathan and the group of people that he was surrounded by, and what you didn’t see was that his eyes were at you, so you kept talking with your friend while going down the stairs.

As soon as you got to the first floor, you felt a strong grip on your free wrist, and you quickly turned around to see who it was, and sure enough, you saw Jonathan. It made your heart ache. He gently dragged you to a corner.

"My love... who is he?" You heard him for the first time. he talked to you. He looked serious and worried, but his voice was husky and soft.

"Do you not like me anymore, my love?" His gaze on you was sad, and his hand never left the grip on your wrist.

"Tell me, my lady, it’s not true, right?" His cheeks and nose started to turn bright red like he was about to cry while you were lost in his beautiful eyes as tears started to build up in your eyes.

His other hand pushed some strands of your hair behind your ears. His touch made you feel safe and crave for more

"You changed your appearance, my love, but I know that your beautiful heart is still the same." He said with a loving smile through sadness.
