The crisp autumn breeze rustled the leaves on the ground as you walked beside Harry, his laughter mixing with yours. Pansy was sitting next to Regulus, Tom, Mattheo, Blaise and Lorenzo. Their chatter was light, but when they turned to look at her, Pansy's gaze lingered.
Pansy’s voice broke through the conversation. “Who’s that girl next to Harry?”
Mattheo, smirking slightly, answered casually, “That’s Draco’s little sister.”
Pansy’s eyebrows shot up. “Huh, since when does Draco have a sister?”
Before Mattheo could respond, Draco appeared and took a seat next to Mattheo. “What are you guys talking about?”
Pansy’s smirk returned. “We’re just talking about how lovely your little sister and Harry look together.”
Draco’s face twisted into a scowl. “Ugh, I can’t believe she’s always with him. No wonder Father didn’t want to send her here.”
Theodore sauntered over and he looked in your direction, appraising. “She’s kinda hot, not gonna lie.”
Mattheo’s brow furrowed, and he shot a glare at Theodore. “Don’t you think she’s a little bit too young for you?”
Draco’s eyes narrowed. “She’s too young, Theodore. And she’s my little sister. She’s off limits.”
Theodore held up his hands. “Chill, Blondie. You should tell that to Mattheo.”
At that, Draco turned his gaze to Mattheo, who was watching you with an intensity that made Draco’s temper boil. In one swift motion, Draco’s wand was pointed directly at Mattheo’s face. “Didn’t you hear me, Mattheo? She’s off limits.”
Mattheo raised his hands defensively. “I didn’t even do anything.”
Draco scoffed, his grip on his wand unwavering. “Yeah, okay. Don’t ever look at her again, or you’ll learn what happens.”
Draco lowered his wand and stormed off, leaving the group in stunned silence. Pansy broke it with a quiet laugh. “What just happened?”
Theodore shrugged, a smirk playing on his lips. “Draco just threatened Mattheo.”
Mattheo’s gaze lingered where you had been. Despite Draco’s warning, it was clear this was far from over.
