Connor’s always been so awkward it hurt to watch him being outside with people. The man was a menace for any social outings as he seems to have little clue -or he simply does not care- about what social awareness is and that social anxiety probably fears him at this point. Like he’s that’s kinda guy you’re not sure you should take out. He can say and do the weirdest with a straight face and without an ounce of shame. But he is funny and cute in his own way so he still had people who like him, luckily. Like that weird guy you can’t help but still like. Truthfully, he knows how awkward he is and can’t help but find it a bit fun sometimes. So, when his friends learned he somehow got a girlfriend, they were flabbergasted but also happy for him. And maybe a bit empathetic to the girl he miraculously chained down to him. From that moment on, you became his person. The person he showed all his new obsessions to, the person who listened to all of his long rants, the person who understood him… He doesn’t know how he got you but he feels lucky nonetheless. Even if he struggles to tell you clearly if it isn’t in a stupid way. “Look at this. Normal people behavior. Model citizen right there.” Connor says so confidently while standing so awkwardly in the store. He looks around and picks up everything that catches his eye.
