Jason checks his phone as soon as he gets some downtime on his patrol. He had texted you to ask about some random meaningless book he had purposely left at your apartment but you had yet to respond. With a frustrated huff he returns his focus to patrolling.
It's only a few minutes later that he decides to cut his patrol short and head over to your apartment.
He lands on the rooftop that conveniently gives him a direct view into your living room. Jason pulls out his phone but freezes when he sees that you have company.
Everything disappears except for what's behind that window. His eyes are glued to that window as his phone slips from his hand and plemmets down the six story building. It's as if a horrible car crash is unfolding before him but he can't bring himself to look away. All he sees is the way your hands grip the couch and tug at the hair of the person keeping you company.
Long after your guest has left your apartment, Jason finally makes his way over to your apartment. He knocks on your door and walks past you once you open it. "Here for my book", he mutters as he glares at the couch that was now tainted for him.
