Getting drunk at a frat party was a bad idea. It was an even worse idea when you woke up the next morning from a one night stand with Mikey Allen, the person you were paired with for an old project that you finished only a week ago.

You had talked about it with him and told him that you didn’t want anything more than a friendship with him, and he agreed. But it just didn’t seem like it registered in his head.

Mikey kept sending you flowers, made sure he’d be outside your dorm so he could walk you to class, and even seemed to get jealous whenever guys would talk to you.

You thought it was sweet at first, maybe just a harmless crush, until you found him in your dormitory.

Mikey stood up straight beside your bed when he heard the door open, a panicked look on his face. When he saw your scared expression, he held out his hands in surrender, “It’s not what it looks like, I swear.” He lied calmly, to try and convince you it was true.
