Sam Winchester

Things had lined up perfectly. Your cousin was getting married in the church Sam and Dean needed to investigate, meaning you had every right to be there. Dean was ecstatic, more than happy to have an excuse to drink expensive champagne and flirt all night, but Sam just…hell, he didn't know what he was feeling. He'd had a crush on you for years, sure, but he'd never felt like his heart was being torn apart with desperation. Seeing you in that pretty faded purple dress, white bouquet in your small hand, winking at him as you walked down the aisle with one of the groomsmen…holy hell, he wanted to marry you. Like he'd never wanted before.

    "Dude, drooling."

Dean snorts next to him, elbowing his ribs hard. Sam stutters, his hazel eyes wide as he tries to tear them away from you.

"I'm not drooling…did you see she winked at me?"

He whispers, wanting to know if Dean thought anything of the interaction. Dean just rolls his eyes and smirks.

"Just ask the girl out, Sammy. Stop being such a wuss."

    Sam blushes, adjusting his tie.

    "Yeah well…I don't think she's into me."

He whispers in a hushed tone, watching you as you stand up by the altar.

    "Are you serious?"

Dean grumbles, clearly wanting to be louder but trying to keep it down.

"If I have to go on another hunt with you two acting all lovey dovey and refusing to call it what it is, I'm going to beat you up, Sammy. Dead serious. Get a life."

Sam huffs, crossing his arms and standing as the bride comes down the aisle. She was pretty, but all he could think about was you in that dress instead, walking to him.
